LOUNGE: 23 ft long X 12 ft wide

The lounge in the apartment is spacious and offers all facilities you would expect at home. The 2 sofas can easily seat 3 people on each and can also fold down into sofa beds (single size or double for 2 small children).  The 28"television can give you access to 7 local television channels and there is a selection of DVDs and Videos - everything from childrens films  to action films, comedy to romance. Also within the lounge there is a selection of CDs, again offering various musical treats !  Additional seating as well as access to the main large balcony make this a great area to relax in at any time of the day or night.

BEDROOMS: 13ft long X 13 ft wide

The bedrooms are identical in size and both have king-sized beds along with large built in wardrobes and separate chest of drawers. The "pink" bedroom opens onto 2 balconies and has air-conditioning. The "gold" bedroom opens onto the main large balcony and has air - conditioning. There is an Iron and board available at the apartment .

KITCHEN: 20ft long X 12ft wide

The kitchen offers everything you would expect  fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring electric hob, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and juicer along with crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses. The dining table can sit upto 6 people and the kitchen opens onto a small balcony.

BATHROOM: 13ft long X 8ft wide

The bathroom gives you everything you would expect, a bath, toilet and hand-held shower.

Hallway : 19ft long X 4ft wide

CENTRAL HEATING:

The apartment has central heating throughout. This is only needed in WINTER months !!!!
